Choc ‘n’ Hog Catering is managed by experienced chef, David Sidwell, who has over 10 years experience in the catering industry and has worked at some of Worcestershire’s leading catering establishments.


David has a Foundation degree in Culinary Arts and Catering Management (University of Worcester) and in 2009, came second in Kidderminster’s Big Breakfast Club Business Idol competition (full story).


His other qualifications include:

  • NVQ Level 3 Advanced Food Preparation & Cooking in Patisserie and Confectionery (City & Guilds)
  • NVQ Level 3 Hospitality and Catering Management (City & Guilds)
